A Brief Introduction

It’s been almost 14 years since I first began my journey with web design.

Careering on

Having "careered" through various forms of employment, I like to think I can bring my understanding of your needs to any project - thus ensuring your particular remit is looked at from your perspective, and your aims and goals, rather than simply a design approach.

Tell it like it is!

Let's tell it like it is - you need something to be achieved, the web site should not be the aim in itself. The target or aim is better exposure, or more sales, or a marketing initiative, possibly improved community collaboration or usability. The skills I bring to you is in the blending of design and function for the purpose of achieving your intended aims.

This involves a collection of various skills centred around new media and communications with a spattering of marketing and advertising to be effective. It's like anything else in life, you get what the skills of the craftsman can deliver; you should get the best you can. Savings today though can ultimately mean more cost and delay tomorrow, or the possibility of wasted efforts and time lost if the right person is not hired to do the right job.

All about Design though

Ultimately, many will base their decisions on who to hire for their needs on the portfolio the designer has, and it makes sense. If that designer has a flair you can be sure they will proudly display their creations for all to see. I have therefore posted up some of the designs and work for you to see, and hope you find the broad spectrum of styles reassuring.
